Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new ClientHealth accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends and you choose to continue with a paid subscription.

2. Refund Window

If you are charged and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refund requests submitted within this window will be honored without question.

To request a refund, email us at billing@clienthealth.co with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges after the 7-day refund window has passed. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds outside the standard window on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical issue on our end prevented you from using the Service
  • A billing error resulted in a duplicate charge
  • Accidental subscription purchase (reported within 48 hours)

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
