By accessing or using ClientHealth ("the Service") at clienthealth.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including agency owners, team members, and account managers.
ClientHealth is a B2B SaaS platform that helps boutique agencies monitor client relationship health, detect communication gaps, and prevent client churn. The Service provides dashboards, health scoring, automated alerts, and interaction tracking for client accounts managed by agency teams.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One agency workspace per subscription — team members may be invited under the same workspace per your plan limits.
ClientHealth offers monthly subscription plans (Pro Solo at $49/month and Agency Team at $99/month). All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All prices are in USD. Paddle may collect applicable taxes based on your location.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; resell or sublicense access to the Service; or use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (client names, interaction logs, etc.). We do not sell your data to third parties. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ClientHealth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data before termination. We may retain data as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.
